Thank you for considering S.twizz Media for your graphic design and printing needs. We strive to provide professional services while ensuring clear communication with our clients. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:

  1. Business Hours: Our business hours are from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 11am to 4pm on Saturdays.

  2. Work Commencement: No work will begin without a deposit. We require a deposit to initiate the design and printing process.

  3. Printing Job Times: Please note that all printing job times may vary. The estimated turnaround time is between 3 to 10 business days. Weekends are not included in these estimates.

  4. Design Job Times: Design job times typically range from 1 to 5 days. However, the actual time may change due to client traffic. We will inform the client in advance if the original estimated time is affected.

  5. Rush Jobs: If you require a rush job, please specify this during the consultation. If not specified, all projects will be completed within the standard turnaround times. Rush job fees will apply, and the exact time required will vary depending on the project. Please note that jobs needed after business hours will also be subjected to a rush fee.

  6. Revisions: Each design job includes 2 free revisions. Any additional revisions beyond the initial 2 will incur a fee of $15 per revision.

  7. Delivery: Delivery is available for a fee, which varies depending on the location. Alternatively, pickup can be arranged at our facility.

  8. Reopening Files: After 12 hours of completion, design files are closed and stored in a cloud. To reopen a file for edits, a fee of $30 will be charged, along with an additional fee of $15 per edit or revision needed.

  9. Brand Package Deals: Our brand package deals are non-negotiable. However, if you require a customized package to meet your specific needs and preferences, we are happy to accommodate your request.

  10. Refunds: We do not provide refunds, except in cases where we are at fault for non-delivery of the product in any form (email, physical).

  11. Printing Mishaps: We take full responsibility for any printing mishaps, such as print errors on the final print (e.g., unwanted white lines, below standard quality).

  12. Text Submission: If you are submitting text for incorporation into your project, please ensure that all spelling and punctuation are correct. We copy and paste the information provided by the client, so it is important to review the text carefully.

  13. Original Design File: By law, we own the designs we produce for our clients. If you require the original design file, a Release Contract will be issued, along with a starting fee of $350. Please note that the price for obtaining the original design file may vary.
